Welcome to GetMaximumFit ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. Subscription and Payment

The App is available for download exclusively through the Apple App Store. We offer the following subscription options:

• Monthly: $11.99 per month
• Yearly: $79.99 per year
• Lifetime: One-time payment

Payments are processed by Apple via your Apple ID account. All charges, including applicable taxes, will be billed to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.

3. Auto-Renewal

Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the subscription price above. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. We do not handle cancellations directly.

4. Apple App Store Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription to GetMaximumFit through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Apple ID account settings on your device.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• These Terms incorporate Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

5. Free Trials

If offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

6. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Refunds, if any, are handled solely by Apple in accordance with their policies.

7. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the App.

8. Content

All text, graphics, images, code, and other content within the App are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our content without prior written permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Share, resell, or redistribute the App or your subscription

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

12. AI-Generated Content and No Medical or Professional Advice

The App may provide workout suggestions, exercise recommendations, or other guidance generated by artificial intelligence ("AI"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Not Medical Advice: Any AI-generated output is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such.
• Not Certified Training Advice: The App does not provide professional coaching, certified training programs, or individualized exercise prescriptions.
• Consult a Professional: Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider, physician, or certified fitness professional before starting any new exercise, nutrition, or fitness program.
• Assumption of Risk: You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated suggestions. We are not liable for any injury, health complication, or damages that may result from reliance on the App's content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website, with the "Last Updated" date revised.
